1. Appointment Required
    To provide you with the best possible experience, all visits are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.

  2. Appointment Duration
    Each bridal appointment lasts 90 minutes. This allows enough time to try on several styles and discuss your vision with our stylist.

  3. Guests
    We recommend bringing up to 2–3 guests whose opinion you value most. Our boutique has limited space, and we aim to keep the environment calm and intimate.

  4. Arrival Time
    Please arrive on time. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment.

  5. Cancellation Policy
    Appointments are free of charge. However, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. This allows us to offer the time slot to another bride.

  6. Children Policy
    We kindly ask that you do not bring young children to the appointment to ensure a safe and relaxed environment.

  7. Photography Policy
    Feel free to take photos and videos during your appointment — of yourself, the dresses, or anything else you'd like to remember your visit. We love seeing you capture the moment!

  8. Trying On Dresses
    We take great care of our gowns and samples to ensure every bride has a perfect experience. While makeup is not restricted, we would greatly appreciate it if you come without makeup to help protect the dresses from accidental stains.

  9. Custom Gowns & Alterations
    If you're interested in a custom design or need alterations, we’ll discuss options and timelines during your appointment.

  10. Health & Safety
    Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell. We maintain a clean and private environment for every guest.
